Description: I love this soup, it is so quick and easy and it tastes great. My adaptation of a recipe from Betty Crocker. You can also sub ground chicken or turkey. I like the chicken stock instead of the beef.
Ingredients:  Makes 4 servings
3/4  lb.
 
1/2  cup

Directions:

In a 4-qt soup pan cook beef and onion, over medium heat, until beef is browned.

Stir in sauce mix from Hamburger Helper, Chicken broth, basil, pepper and garlic.

Heat to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in peas, noodle packet and mushrooms. Adjust basil, I like lots so I always add more!!

Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
