In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon to personal preference. Remove bacon from skillet and set aside. Drain grease and return to heat.

In the same skillet, beat and cook egg. When egg has cooked through, fold over in half and to top with cheese.

Toast English muffin. Place eggs and cheese at the bottom sandwich, layer with bacon and top with remaining half of English muffin.
