Preheat oven to 350 degrees, cook pasta & drain water
Add sauce & mix well, pour & spread evenly in large baking dish (9x12)
Add cheese if desired - (recommend: Mozzarella)
Cover with foil & bake for 30 minutes

TIPS: I suggest using a dash of garlic salt to flavor the pasta while its cooking. There are no extra calories or fat & it makes a world of difference. This makes enough food for 2 meals.
