Directions:  
Preheat oven to 225 degrees
Pare & chop apples into cubes
Add nuts, raisins, coconut
Melt butter, stir in vanilla
Pour over apple mixture and toss thoroughly
Place in 8x8 pan, sprinkle with cinnamon
Bake 45-60 min
