Directions:  
Heat oven to 425. Sprinkle salt on chicken, grate zest of one lemon, cut lemon in half and juice. Stir zest, 2 T lemon juice, salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic. pour 1/2 of mixture over chicken. Mix olive oil with remaining mixture. Cut peel off remaining lemon, cop fruit into pieces, chop onion into slices and mix with oil mixture. Pour into baking pan and top with chicken. Bake for 40 minutes
