Directions:

Cook pasta for 6 minutes. (pasta will finish cooking in the oven when it is baked.)

Mix small amount of water and cornstarch in a sauce pan, and thicken

Add cornstarch to milk and add to thickened mixture. Allow milk mixture to thicken. Add salt and pepper as desired.

After milk has thickened, add cheese and stir. Add pasta to cheese
mixture

Pour into greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes
