In skillet cook meat and onion until meat is browned and onion is tender, stirring to break meat into chunks.
Stir in spaghetti sauce and water; simmer 10 minutes
Meanwhile, cook mostaccioli as directed;drain
Mix the sauce with mostaccioli in a 9x13 pan
Sprinkle parmesan over mixture. Then put mozzarella cheese on top, cover with foil
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes
