Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix cracker crumbs, parmesan and Italian seasoning. Melt butter in baking dish. Pour Egg Beaters into bowl. Dip fillets in Egg Beaters and then in crumbs and place in baking dish. Bake 20 minutes, turning once. Each serving equals 4 oz
