Preheat oven to 400. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain. In a medium bowl, combine tomato sauce, and tofu; stir in cooked pasta. Combine mozzarella and Parmesan cheese in a separate bowl. Spread half of the pasta mizture across the bottom of a 1-quart bakind dish; top with half of the cheese. Repeat the layers. Bake the casserole for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is lightly browned.
