Directions:  
Combine lemon juice & shrimp in lg. Bowl.
Heat a lg. Non stick pan coated with cooking spray over med- high heat
Add onion sautéed 1 min.
Add Garlic, sautéed 1 min.
Add clam juice,wine,oregano,pepper,tomatoes,olives, bring to a boil
Reduce heat & simmer 5 minutes
Stir in shrimp
Place mixture in baking dish.
Sprinkle feta cheese over mixture
Bake at 450 degrees for 12 min or until cheese melts
Sprinkle with parsley, serve immediately
