Ingredients:  Makes 4 servings

1/2  cup
1  teaspoon
1/2  teaspoon
1  lb.
1/4  teaspoon
2-2/3  cups

1.) Heat oven to 425 degrees
2.) Combine corn, undrained tomatoes, onion, 1/2 tsp dill, and 1/4 tsp salt in medium bowl.
3.) For each packet, lay 2 20x12 sheets of LA foil on top of each other.
4.) Place about 3/4 cup mixture in center, spreading slightly.
5.) Spray both sides of filet with cooking spray.
6.) Sprinkle with remaining dill, salt, and pepper.
7.) Place filets on corn mxture.
8.) Bring up short sides of each packet to top and double fold. Double fold both ends to seal packet, leaving space for steam to gather.
9.) Place packets on baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
10.) Carefully open ends and allow steam to escape before fully opening packet.
11.) Place contents of packet on plate with 3/4 cup brown rice.
