Directions:

using 1/2 the butter, spread butter over thin slice of bread. Cut buttered bread into 1/4 inch cubes.

With the remaining butter, butter the bottom and sides of 2 muffin tins with pastry brush. Put 1/2 the bread and 1/2 the cheese in bottom of muffin tin. Break egg over the bread and chease on each tin. Top with remaining cheese and spoon 1 tbsp milk over each egg. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover the top of eggs with remaining bread cubes.

Bake in 350 oven 20-25 minutes depending on how done you like the eggs.

Using a thin butter knife, lossen the sides of the egg from the muffin tin. Gently remove egg to serving plate.
