1.) Begin cooking vegetables in skillet (if frozen cover briefly to steam broccoli)
2.) Dice hot dogs and add to skillet.
3.) Scramble eggs with milk before adding to skillet
4.) Meanwhile, toast bread.
5.) Add cheese to skillet after eggs are cooked (stirring will insure even cooking)
6.) Butter toast with margarine and serve
