Description: This is a simple, through together in a mixer toss in the oven recipe. This is based off you using cupcake inserts instead of grease to cook them with. Very basic, this count is off of full size muffins. Takes about 10-15 minutes to prep, cook untill done and 350 degrees. Great fresh, and just as good after being frozen.
Ingredients:  Makes 12 servings (12 each)

Pull out your mixing bowl.

Put in and mix well:
a. Three average bananas.
b. Two large eggs/.
c. Two Cups All Purpose Flower
d. ½ Cup Regular Sugar
e. ½ Cup Crisco
f. ½ Cup Walnuts
g. One Teaspoon Baking Soda
h. Five Teaspoon 2% Milk
i. Pinch of Salt

Place liners in cupcake tray.

Fill as usual.

Place cupcake tray on top of cookie tray so they won’t burn on the bottom.

Cook at 350 degrees until cooked all the way thru.
