Mix egg, banana and cinnamon until well blended.

Heat non stick fry pan over medium heat.

Spray fry pan with non fat spray. Add batter to make 4-6 " pancake. Cook about 90 seconds. Flip and cook for additional 90 seconds. Repeat for remainder of batter.

Serve with sugar free maple syrup or thawed mixed berries, sweetened.
