Preheat grill to high heat.
Brush grill grate lightly with oil. Grill chicken for 10 minutes on each side. Remove from heat, cool, and dice.
In a large bowl, toss chicken with celery, peppers, onion, and corn.
In a small bowl, mix together barbecue sauce, mayo, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Pour dressing over chicken mix. Toss well to coat. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
