Yes, the honey has carbs in it (gasp!) BUT it makes the dressing cling to the ingredients, so I find I use less of it.

I also find this makes a wonderful marinade for chicken and fish, add a bit of oregano or cliantro, any herbs you like. Pair it with virtually anything. Again, the honey helps it cling to the food and therefore sealing the flavour.
