Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine beans, cheese, chopped peppers and cumin.

Place 1/2 cup of mixture on each flour tortilla. Spread evenly over tortilla. (Two burritos per serving.)

Fold tortillas to close both ends. Place seam side down on non-stick baking sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes or until heated through.

Top with chopped onion and salsa.
