Description: Sliced beef, sauteed with beans, tomato paste, and salsa, and rolled in a flour tortilla.
Ingredients:  Makes 1 serving (1 each)

Slice beef into strips. In non-stick skillet, brown meat for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
In same pan, mix tomato paste, salsa, beans, chili powder and salt. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring often.
Return beef to pan and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Spoon mixture into tortilla. Roll tortilla and serve.
