in a 9x13 pan spray with non stick cooking spray. Then take Enchilada sauce and pour half in bottom of the pan. Then take one flour tortilla and put 1 tsp of no fat refried beans and 1 tsp of cheese in each tortilla. Then roll tortilla up and place in pan rolling it around in the sauce. Continue this until pan is full. Then pour the other half of the enchilada sauce on top. Cover pan with tin foil and Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Take pan out and uncover pan and sprinkle 2 cups of cheese over the top. Then put back in oven to cook for 10 more min.
