Description: Italian seasoned beef roll ups. When they are smaller they are called spiedini. These can be served after cooking or added to or served with a pasta sauce
Ingredients:  Makes 10 servings (10 each)

1  dash
 
1  pinch

in prep make sure the garlic is minced, the cheese is grated and the beef is cut into 1/4" thick slices about 4-5 inches long

Pound the meat between 2 slices of waxed paper

sprinkle each slice with the seasonings

drizzle with just a little of the oil

roll the beef lengthwise like a jelly roll

secure with kitchen twine or tooth picks
7)Fry the rolls in the remaining oil for about 6 minutes until browned
