Directions:  
1)Brush brisket with soy sauce season with salt pepper and garlic.
2) broil fat side up until seared.
3) spread the onion soup on top and use a quarter of the water to moisten. pour the rest of the water into pan
4) roast at 325 degrees F for 4 hours basting every half hour
5) turn every hour and add additional water as needed
