Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Combine pasta and sesame oil; toss.

In a large skillet, heat peanut oil over medium-high heat. Add ginger and garlic; saute 30 seconds. Add onions and broccoli; cook 3 minutes. Add steak; cook 5 minutes. Add pasta, soy sauce, and other remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste; cook and stir 2 more minutes. Serve
