Directions:  
Cut Beef into bit size pcs and add 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
Cut veggies into bite size pcs.
Heat Wok or deep style pan on high for 2-3mins untill very hot
Add 1/2 the olive oil and minced garlic
add Beef and soy sauce mixture when beef is mostly cooked remove from pan and set aside.
add the rest of olive oil and garlic to pan and heat it up again
Add the hardest veggies first and cook for 4 or 5 mins.
Then make a well in the middle of the pan and add chicken broth.
While that is heating make a mixture of corn starch and water in a small bow stirr until well mixed.
When the chicken broth is boiling in the pan add the corn starch mixture slowly to the pan and stir, (you may not need all of it) the mixture will thicken as it heats. (If it gets to thick add more chicken stock)
Add the bok choy and mushrooms and the beef to the pan and cook for an additional few mins until veggies are cooked.
