1  dash

rub garlic over cuts of beef

season with salt and pepper

broil until medium rare

spread some pate over the tops of each cut

fry the mushrooms and onions in butter

add herbs simmer for 1 minute and let it cool

make sure the puffed pastry is big enough to wrap around the cut of beef

place the beef in the middle and spoon the mushroom mix over top and fold the pastry over

seal the edges of the pastry with water

brush the surface with egg and bake until it's golden brown
