Heat oil over medium heat in a skillet. Add garlic, onion and pepper; saute for 3 minutes or until vegetables are soft. Add ground beef, cumin and chili powder, and saute until beef is browned, about 5 minutes.

Add tomatoes and beans, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes and serve.

Better on the third day

I also had to spice it up a bit and I put it over spaghetti squash and topped with Greek yogurt it was very good. But it was better for lunch the next day.
