Brown the mince in a frypan (may need to do this in parts) and place cooked mince into a large saucepan.

Add the diced tomato, crushed tomato, and tomato paste. Mix well.

Heat to boil then simmer for 15 minutes

Allow to cool, place in serving size containers (actual size is up to you, you know you need for a meal).

Refrigerate overnight.

Servings can be frozen for long term storage (if eating more than 3 days in the future).

If frozen, thaw. (Doesn't need to be fully thawed, microwave is ok).

Heat to boil in a saucepan, then simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve over pasta, vegetables, etc and enjoy!
NOTE: For those who are not sharing with pets, feel free to add some herbs in step 2 (oregano or a dried "mixed herbs" works well). Vegetables can also be added if not being served on the side (dice them and half cook them prior to adding in step 2).
