Directions:  
Preheat oven to 350F.
Pour olive oil into baking dish large enough to lay breasts flat.
Rinse chicken breasts and place skin side down in pan. Turn over so skin side is up.
Loosen skin but do not remove. Sprinkle pepper and garlic on each breast. Replace skin.
Pour lemon juice generously over the breasts. (The measurement of the juice is just a guess as I do not measure it.)
Bake at 350F until internal temperature at the thickest part of the breast is 165F, usually 45-60 minutes.
Remove skin and discard before slicing or shredding for your meal.
