Directions:  
Heat oven to 375. Place raisins, craisins, dates, and water in microwave safe measuring cup. Loosely cover with wax paper or small paper plate. Microwave on high for 45 seconds and cool. Stir together with canola oil, egg, nuts, and mix in medium bowl. Drop by small cookie scoop or rounded tablespoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 11-12 minutes until light golden brown. Let cool for 1-2 minutes before removing from sheet. Let cool completely and put in airtight container.
