Heat oven to 375 degrees. Empty cookie pouch into a medium bowl. Remove cinnamon sugar packet and set aside. Stir oil, water, and egg into cookie mix until soft dough forms.

Empty packet of cinnamon sugar into a small, shallow bowl. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls (four or five at a time) into the bowl, rolling them in the sugar mix until coated.

Place dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet. Cool completely on rack and store in an airtight container. Makes 18 cookies.
