Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and lightly grease a baking sheet. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium high heat for 5 minutes until it is smoking hot.

Mix spices together and oil the chicken breasts with cooking spray on both sides. Toss the chicken in the spices to coat evenly.

Place chicken on the hot skillet and cook for 1 minute on each side. Place the chicken breasts on the baking sheet and bake for about 5 minutes.
