Directions:  
Drain juice from corn and peas.
Dice up vegetables. Cook onion and green pepper till tender then add tomatoes and cook till warm . Then add minced garlic or powder garlic.
Add to beans and corn then mix in the cilantro and the vinegars and lime juice. Chili for an hour or serve warm.
