Heat oven to 400 degrees
grease bottom of muffin pan
mix egg with fork
blend in milk and oil
blend dry ingredients
Mix wet and dry ingredients just until moist. Batter will be lumpy.
Carefully blend in well-drained blueberries
fill muffin cups 2/3 full
Bake in 400 degree oven 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
