Pour 1 Cup Soy Milk into blender

Add 1 scoop whey protein powder and 1 tbsp. Benefiber

Slice and add 1/2 frozen bananna

Add 1/2 Cup blueberries

Pour into glass and stir in 1 tbsp. flax seed (I add it in the glass because it sticks to the blender and is too hard to clean)
