Directions:  
Wash peanuts thoroughly. Place peanuts in a large pot. Combine water and salt; pour over peanuts until covered. Bring to a boil and cover. Continue to boil for 45 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 15 minutes before draining. Remove shells and eat or store peanuts.
