Directions:

Place stock in a large pot. Add potatoes and beets. Cover and boil until soft - about 5 minutes. Remove potatoes and beets with a slotted spoon.

Melt butter in a wok. Add onions, caraway seeds and salt, and saute until onions are soft and translucent.

Add onion, carrots, celery and cabbage to reserved stock and cook until veges are tender, about 10 min.

Add everything else. Cook 30 minutes.

Serve topped with 2 T. sour cream and extra fresh dill.
