Directions:  
Remove casings and crumble sausage and pepper flakes and heat over medium heat. Cook until sausage is no longer pick, stirring frequently. Add onions and garlic to skill and cook until onions is tender and sausage is light brown. Add chopped tomatos, half and half and salt. Simmer until mixture thickens slightly.

Cook pasta. Serve sauce over pasta, garnish with chopped parsley and parmesan cheese, if desired.
