Bring the broth to a boil over medium-high heat in a medium saucepan. Add the pasta and cook 4 minutes.

Add the shrimp and asparagus, cook until the shrimp are pink and curled and the pasta and asparagus are tender but still firm, about 4 minutes longer.

Remove from the heat, stir in the lime juice and chopped cilantro and serve.
