1/8  cup
1  teaspoon
1  cup
1/2  cup
1/2  cup
2  tablespoons
1/2  teaspoon
1/4  teaspoon
1/4  teaspoon
1/8  cup

Preheat over to 350
Combine sugar, oil, egg whits in large mixing bowl. Stir in chopped dried fruits and vanilla.
In a bowl combine flours, bran, baking soda, flax sees and spices. Stir with a fork.
Add flour mixture to egg mixture, stir until combined. Fold in almonds.
Drop by Tbsp full onto baking sheets lined with parchment. Bake 12 minutes or until almost set. Cool on pans and transfer to wire rack.
