Ingredients:  Makes 1 serving
1/2  cup

Directions:  
1.) Heat pan, medium heat, and add vegetable oil
2.) Wait for oil to heat, then add hash browns.
3.) When hash browns are golden brown, or the way you like them, put the majority of the hash browns in the pan. Leave about 1/3 cup left in the pan.
4.) Get a cup, or a bowl, and crack the whole egg in the cup, then add the egg white. Stir together.
5.)Pour egg mixture on top of the hash browns on the eggs, this makes for less of a clean up. And, actually cooks the eggs just a tad faster.
6.) Then when eggs are done, put on to the plate with the rest of the hash browns.
7.) Now, you have a healthy breakfast, that'll give you energy for the rest of your day.
