Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a glass baking pie plate or dish with non stick spray.

Brown onion, ground meat and bacon in a skillet. Drain. Put mixture into pie plate.

In a large bowl, mix eggs, mayonnaise, cream, and spices. Fold grated cheese into egg mixture. Pour this mixture evenly over the top of the ground meat mixture.

Bake for 35-35 mins until top of quiche is lightly browned. Let set a few minutes before cutting.

Cut into 8 slices and and reheat for a quick on the go breakfast. It could also be baked in muffin tins for the same purpose.
