1.Cook egg in microwave for approx 1 minute (watch closely). You can use egg beaters as a substitution as well.
2. Slice 3/4 oz of cheese
3. Toast English Muffin
4. Spread Miracle Whip on English Muffin
5. Add Cooked Egg
6. Add entire package of deli meat. (I usually only use 1/4 to 1/2 of the package realistically)
