Directions:  
Scrub potato; pierce skin in several places. Place on a paper towel in microwave oven; cook on high for about 5 minutes or until soft to the touch. Set aside. Put chopped broccoli in a small bowl, cover and microwave for 3 minutes, drain well. Set aside. Cut potato in half lengthwise. Using a spoon, gently scoop out the potato pulp, being carful not to tear the potato skin. Put potato pulp in a small bowl; add margarine yogurt, salt and pepper, mash unit fairly smooth. Add brocoli, mix thoroughly. Spoon broccoli-potato mixture into potato skins Put 1/2 slice of cheese on each potato half. Put under broiler for about 2 minutes or until cheese melts and browns.
