Heat oil. Stir fry broccoli in skillet for 2 minutes. Add 1 tbsp Soy Sauce and 1/4 c Chicken broth. Cook for 2 more minutes. Remove from skillet. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Add green onion, garlic salt, remaining Soy Sauce and corn starch. Heat pan and stir fry for 2 minutes until browned. Add remaining chicken stock. Cover and simmer until chicken is done. Add broccoli and stir.
