1/2  cup
12  slices
1/2  cup
1/4  cup
1/4  cup
1/2  tablespoon

1 Chop and sautee Broccoli and Pepperoni in butter on medium heat
2 Add Tomato when Broccoli is tender. Spread all ingredients evenly across the bottom of the pan
3 Season with salt, pepper and Onion Powder
4 In separate bowl, whisk eggs and water
5 Pour eggs over the broccoli mixture, covering the entire mixture
6 Allow eggs to mostly set, then add cheese and put in a 350 degree oven to finish cooking (about 5 minutes)
