Steam broccoli for 4 mins. Place in serving dish and set aside to cool.

In a small dish, stir together the corn starch and a couple of tablespoons of the milk until smooth.

In a small saucepan (spray with Pam first), heat the milk over a medium heat and stir in the corn starch mixture. As the mixture warms, stir in the Velveeta (which has been cubed) one by one until each piece is melted.

Stir in the parmesan cheese.

Add salt and pepper, as well as any other additional seasoning you wish, i.e., garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, cayenne pepper, etc.
Note: Feel free to add in different cheeses than the parmesan for a change of taste.
