Preheat broiler. Use a knife to cut the chicken breasts with a criss-cross pattern. Mix together the honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Season with black pepper. Arrange chicken on a broiler pan. Brush with half of the honey mixture. Cook for 10 minutes, turn, and brush with the remaining mixture. Cook for 10 more minutes, or until cooked through.
