Ingredients:  Makes 4 servings
24  ounces
2  cups
4  teaspoons
3/4  teaspoon
1/2  teaspoon
2-1/4  teaspoons
1/2  teaspoon
1/4  teaspoon
2  pinches
1  teaspoon

You need to prepare the Five Spice Rub
Blend everything (except the flank steak of course) in a bowl. This will give you 1 1/2 cups. You wont need all of it so store it b/c you can use it later.
Set your oven on broil and Preheat to 450 degrees
Spread olive oil on the first side of the flank steak and spread about 1 TBS of the Five Spice on the surface. Flip the steak over and repeat. You can use more or less than 1 TBS I stopped measuring after the first time and it has turned out well.
depending on you like your meat cooked put it in for 5-10 minutes on each side.
