Ingredients:  Makes 8 servings (4 cups)

Directions:  
In medium saucepan, bring brown rice and chicken broth to a boil; cover and simmer about 40 minutes or until water boils out. Fluff rice and set aside. Drain and rinse black beans. In large pan, add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Heat on Medium/High, add onions cooking until translucent then add dry seasonings, garlic and tomatoes. Stir about 5 minutes and add black beans about 2 minutes stirring thoroughly. Mix rice in large bowl with pan mixture. Enjoy!
