In medium sauce pan, boil 3 cups water, add salt and oil
Add brown rice, stir until boils again
Cover and lower to simmer for 40 minutes
Drain Black Beans
Remove saucepan from heat, add beans, stir and recover
Cook additional 5 minutes
Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes before serving
